The 2012 Paisley 10k Race and 3k Fun Run took place on Sunday, 26th August. Over fifteen hundred runners took part in the 10k race and  Fun Run. The race was won by Derek Hawkins, with Michael Deason second and Paul Sorrie in third place. The first woman home was Gemma Rankin, followed by Christina Rankin and Jill Knowles.

The race is underway as the runners in the 10k make their way up Gilmour Street. Already the top three finishers are at the front of the pack.
